Exhortation:

Theme: “Repay no one evil for evil.”

Today's scriptural passage summarizes the real core of Christian living. If we love someone the way Christ loves us, we will willing to forgive. If we have experienced God's grace, we will pass it on to others. By giving an enemy a drink, we are not excusing his misdeeds. We are recognizing him, and in inspite of his sins. Just as Christ died for us. Even if your enemy never repents, forgiving him will fee you of load of bitterness. You can heal the relationship between you and someone who hurts you by giving him a helping hand, sending him a gift, smiling at him when you meet.

PRAYER: “O LORD help me to show love to him that hurts me.
