Joshua succeeded Moses as Israel 's leader. One of the qualifications for that position was the courage and confidence he demonstrated as a SPY, that God would help Israel conquer the (promised) land. His new job was a challenge and he needed the presence of God by asking God to direct us, we can conquer many of life's problems.

PRAYER: Ask God to direct the way you should go, that youi may know His will and trust His word.
